The Conference room opens onto a wooden deck that overlooks vineyards and spectacular mountain views. The venue seats up to 45 delegates with basic facilities and break away rooms.

Conference and accommodation rates

1. Full day conference

   R305 per person
   Includes the following services:
   
   • Tea, coffee and juice on arrival
   • Two tea breaks
   • Lunch
   • Venue and set up of notepads, pens, water and mints
   • Screen, White Board, Flipchart and Markers

2. Half day conference

   R275 per person
   Includes the following services:
   • Tea, coffee and juice on arrival
   • One tea break
   • Lunch
   • Venue and set up with notepads, pens, water and mints
   • Screen, White Board, Flipchart and Markers

3. Full day conference and accommodation package

   Double occupancy - R1000 per person sharing
   Single occupancy - R1250 per room
   Includes the following services:
   • Accommodation
   • Breakfast
   • Two tea breaks
   • Lunch
   • Venue and set up of notepads, pens, water and mints
   • Screen, White Board, Flipchart and Markers
   • Braai on request if more than 12 delegates OR alternatively dinner in Franschhoek at Kalfi's Restaurant

4. Extras - not including in rates

Additional Information

Should you require additional equipment; it will be sourced at client's expense.
Final numbers of delegates must be confirmed at least 4 working days before the conference.

2. Terms and conditions

   Tariffs are subject to change without notification.
   All tariffs listed above are inclusive of Vat
   A deposit of 50% is required to confirm the reservation
   Deposits are refundable subject to our cancellation policy
   

3. Cancellation Policy

   Less than 7 days, forfeit 100% of the deposit
   From 8 to 14 days, forfeit 75% of the deposit
   From 15 to 21 days, forfeit 50% of the deposit
   From 22 to 28 days, forfeit 25% of the deposit
   In the event of a premature departure or no show, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed will be charged.
   All reservations and cancellations to be made in writing by fax or e-mail.
   Please note that we do not offer credit facilities and the balance of the account must be settled promptly, on departure.
